I have spent much of my life living in resort communities in the Rocky and Sierra mountains, where I have indulged my love of animals, nature, gardening, painting, and sports.
My real estate career began in 2000 as a sales agent in Truckee, CA. I worked with one of Truckee/Tahoe’s leading teams, and during those eleven years, Carrie Hoyt and I established a complementary working relationship. We teamed up to form Shasta Mountain Realty, working in an area we both love and where I call home. I reside in Lake Shastina with my husband and dog Cali, where I continue to pursue my hobbies and sports, especially golf. For the last three years, I have volunteered at the Siskiyou Humane Society Thrift store, which is a way of contributing to the community and animals in need.
Twenty-five years of experience are invaluable in negotiating contracts and helping clients achieve their goals. I love using my artistic eye to stage homes, giving sellers creative ideas to enhance marketability and buyers creative ideas to improve a fixer property. I will guide you through any hurdles that can occur during a real estate transaction and make selling your home a memorable experience, not a stressful one.
I am a licensed broker and a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, both symbols of excellence in residential real estate.
